ACS-SASSI creates a large number of files for different types of analysis and model storage. The Model information consist of three strings the ModelName, ModelDirectory and ModelTitle. The ModelName and Directory are required for AFWRITE, SAVE, and RESUME commands to work properly. Also other file input and output commands will use the model information to load and save files when the user does not enter optional arguments for a command.

The Name of the Model that will be used during file creation.

The full path where all of the files for this particular model will be stored.

A description of the model. The title is always optional

The original way to create the model information was when the model was to create the info first entered into the model database. Now with ACS-SASSI User Interface a user can enter the MDL command to set the Model name and and Model Directory. The TIT command can be used to change the model title Prep as well as the User Interface.
