WELD

The WELD command will combine nodes that occupy the same location. The command does this by searching the node list for node that occupy the same location to create a substitution table. Then the SASSI User Interface will use the table to change the node connections of the elements.

Notes: The node that have been substituted will still be in the Node list but they will not be attached to any elements. The WELD command does not change the mass, boundary condition, or interaction status of any node. The user my need to readjust these parameters before simulation.
