SPLITGROUP,<group>,<split>

This command allows the user to split a group using the same algorithm that the PANELIZE command uses to split groups. This command only splits the group specified (by group number) first argument. The group to be split can be any group in the model with any element type. The group number provided in the second argument used the first element in the group to as reference to create the split plane. The second group have the shell element type.

• group - The group to be split.
• split - The group used a a reference for the split plane.
