====== GROUNDELEV Command ======

GROUNDELEV,<elev>

This command sets the  ground elevation constant for the model. This is constant is also set by the [[com:HOUSE]] command. This allows the user to modify ground elevation without overwriting all of the other of the other options set by the HOUSE command. 

  * elev - The ground elevation for the model.
